Emily is currently enrolled as a research scientist in Psychology and Neuroscience at the Liverpool John Moores University (UK).
At this institute she previously obtained a BSc (Hons.) in Applied Psychology (First Class Degree),and a Master in Brain Science and Behaviour.
Her research interests include: Differential Effects of Attachment Style on Autistic Traits and Touch Experiences, and Autistic Traits and Anorexia Nervosa Risk on Somatosensory and Cognitive Processing.

Within the course of Holistic Science she will address the importance of psychological impacts of family systems, epigenetics and determinants of health on mental wellbeing. Implementing frameworks and epistemiology in addressing coping behaviour and building resilience
